"site map" ist auch recht gebräuchlich

"Approach" kann man auch sehr gut verwenden. Ich habe diese Bezeichnung schön öfter in Anfahrtsskizzen gesehen. Leo hat diese Übersetzung auch im Wörterbuch.

Unless the British use approach in this context, as an American, it sounds totally wrong to me. I've seen it on German sites that have been translated into English, and on first glance, I didn't understand it's meaning. Approach does not always imply a physical approach, like approaching a road or a runway. It can be used in philosophical contexts, as in an approach to teaching or business. So I would recommend something like Directions, or Getting Here, something that is clearer.

- Versuch, eine Sache zu begreifen
- Ansatz, eine Idee zu kommunizieren
