Ich lese gerade Korrektur und habe folgende Übersetzung für das obengenannte:Electronically managed document, consequently valid without signature

Kann man das wirklich so sagen? Hat jemand eine bessere Lösung?

From http://www.qa-software.com/DocumentControl/Co..., which has a pretty good definition:

"A controlled document is a reference document which, through the course of its lifecycle may be reviewed, modified and distributed several times.

Examples of a controlled document include: technical drawings, specifications, procedures, data-sheets, contracts, application forms and plans.

With any engineering and construction project, there is normally a vast array of controlled documents which require a central management system for storage and distribution purposes.
    ...
When any controlled document is revised, it supersedes its previous version."

Wow. I know I'm late with the answer, but I think "electronically controlled document" is the more common expression for this.

However, the storage system is generally called electronic document management (EDM).

Electronically generated document - no signature required.

I did a google search of ["electronically generated document" "no signature"]
and found this to be a somewhat common expression. Maybe it's more fitting in some instances...

It may only be necessary to write "electronic document - no signature required".
