    In LEO steht 'snit' "Frustration", darauf und auf obige Textbeispiele stützt sich mein Versuch einer Wiedergabe.

    Is there any chance it could be "snotty" instead of "snitty" ('i' is next to 'o' on the keyboard, so it could be a typo)? As for 'snit', I found the definitions above.
