"Binary week clock" or "Week binary clock" or...?

    Comment
    Dear native speakers,

I'm looking for a name for a new app I'm developing. It's a binary clock that also shows the day of the week. What is correct:

"Binary week clock" or "Week binary clock"?

    Other suggestions?

    TIA

And what exactly does a binary week / week binary clock do besides show the day of the week?

It presumably shows the time of day.

Name and time of the day in a binary form ?

Eeek, neither! I would have no idea what was meant by either. I'd name it something like "Binary clock +/with weekday function/display". I know, not very short and sweet, but I don't think there's a more concise way that would also be understandable.

A binary clock would show a series of ones and zeros, which most people would not understand.
I think you mean a digital clock.

If you give the day of the week as a digit then which day is zero or one?

You get binary clocks, as a gimmick. http://www.google.com/search?client=opera&rls...

Thank you all for your suggestions.

Yes, the app I'm making is a binary clock showing the time of day and the day of the week. Binary (strictly speaking BCD here) means the individual digits of the current time are coded in binary.

I've now thought about calling it "Binary Time and Day Clock", or "Bin.Time+Day" where it has to be really short.

My wife really likes "binatday", though. So thanks for that, Nomebré!

    ... so, so: 'Binary Coded Decimal'-Display . . . 4 Bit pro Dezimal-Stelle . . .

Well, flovonderuni, you haven't bothered to answer a single question or provide any REAL explanation on what has been posted here - like #1. So I'm done here.

That was meant as an example how you could create your own name for that clock ... the name itself is not free for use ! Sorry !

    @ 9:
