It is a fairly common, perhaps a bit antiquated and cheesey custom in the US for certain types of hotels or motels to design particular rooms with certain motifs - known as Theme Rooms. They are generally referred to as, "The [fill-in-the-blank] Room."
The Madonna Inn in California exemplifies this style, and has rooms including the Jungle Room (http://www.madonnainn.com/rooms/139.php
), the Wilhelm Tell room (http://www.madonnainn.com/rooms/203.php
) and the Yosemite Rock room (http://www.madonnainn.com/rooms/130.php
The Snoopy Room is meant to evoke the idea of a theme room decorated like something Snoopy would have, but in a particularly crazy place.
In fact, Knotts Berry Farm in California has a hotel with Snoopy Rooms: http://www.knottshotel.com/rooms/index.htm
"Our charming Snoopy themed rooms are every child's dream come true. Snoopy himself will visit the room and provide "tuck in" service. Rooms include tea/coffee makers, irons and boards, in-room safes, cable television, Wireless internet access. Telephone bedtime stories are another special feature in these novelty rooms."
