No. I can't imagine a grandma saying this, which isn't to say none does. There are a lot of English speakers spread around the world.

Bee isn't so bad: busy as a bee isn't negative and "bee's knees" is positive, but that doesn't mean I can imagine anyone saying, "Are you ready to go, Bee?"
AE, at least, seems to have a fondness for food terms: pumkin, sweety, honey, dumpling.related discussion: Dumpling
They just sound dumb translated into the other language.
