Hello Everyone,

Would anybody mind checking my text below? I am interested in hearing your thoughts on how to improve it.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you very much in advance.

Context; a request of a documentation concerning solar plants

A teaser comprising:

1) Location of the site,
2) Topographic map,
3) Surface,
4) Some photos in order to see the planimetry,
5) The completed construction permit (validity date, government authorisations and a waiver to any action or remedy),
6) Is there a signed contract with EDG? Validity date and effectiveness (in order to avoid any penalties),
7) What is the signed buy-back price of the Kw?
8) Who is the owner?
9) Is there a signed preliminary sale agreement (sale commitment)?

The switch from a list (items 1 - 5 and 6-b) of what is required, to questions (items 6-a and 7 - 9), is jarring.

Martin-cal, thank you very much for your input.
If I understand well, you suggest to write is as follows:

A teaser comprising:

1) Location of the site,
2) Topographic map,
3) Surface,
4) Some photos in order to see the planimetry,
5) The completed construction permit (validity date, government authorisations and a waiver to any action or remedy),
6) Validity date and effectiveness (in order to avoid any penalties).

Is there a signed contract with EDG?
What is the signed buy-back price of the KWH?
Who is the owner?
Is there a signed preliminary sale agreement (sale commitment)?

KWH gibt es auch. Das sind dann allerdings Kelvinwatthenry. Das dürfte eher nicht gemeint sein.
(Henry, Einheitenzeichen H, ist die Einheit der Induktivität).

Is it better to use the term planning permission or construction permit?
Many thanks

Can't say anything about the language, dalmat3, but you do need to delete the commas at the end of each line as well as the full-stop at the end of 6)

Re #5, I would keep all the information requested in a single list, something like the following:

1) Location of the site
2) Topographic map
3) Surface
4) Some photos in order to see the planimetry
5) The completed construction permit (validity date, government authorisations and a waiver to any action or remedy)
6) Validity date and effectiveness (in order to avoid any penalties)
7) Indication of whether or not a signed contract with EDG exists
8) Signed buy-back price (currency per kWh)
9) Identification of the owner
10) Indication of whether or not a signed preliminary sale agreement (sale commitment) exists

BTW, what on earth is a teaser in this context?

Also BTW, in item (4), I can't quite understand -- surely due to my lack of familiarity with the subject -- how photos can be used to "see the planimetry". (Is "planimetry" the right word here?)

Good morning Martin-cal,
thank you so much for your kind assistance. You have given me some great suggestions.

In this context a teaser is a brief description / presentation, such as a brochure, or other promotional material, that indicates the key strengths of the project.
Actually, the purpose is to attract investors.
Do you think that I sould use another term?

Yes, I think that planimetry is the right word here. (a measurement of plane areas).

Have a great day!

Yes. I think you should find a word other than teaser. A teaser is something intended to generate interest in, or curiosity about, some subject matter, not something to "indicate the key strengths of a project". I'd choose a more prosaic word, like summary / abstract / précis.

But, on the other hand, the list you presented doesn't indicate anything at all.. Instead, it is a questionnaire, asking the respondent to provide information relative to a project. (You say as much in your original posting.) I would just label the list as "information requested", or something along that line.

Martin--cal, thank you very much for your swift response.

Investors usually call it a teaser. Actually, I need to ask our representative to gather the information (in the list / questionnaire) for potential investors.
As it is intended to generate interest in, do you think that I can then use the word "teaser"?

Naturally, I shall follow your advice for the questionnaire.

Thank you once again for your assistance. I am very thankful to you.

dalmat3, please use your judgement then. I don't think I can add anything new to what I said in #13.
