#4 When I said I would say "so much good", I wasn't objecting to the "oh". Perhaps I should have said, "I would say '"oh, so much good".
Of course one can say "oh(,) so good". The question is whether it goes with "do us".
I've tried googling different permutations of do us oh so good / does me oh so good / do oh so good, etc., and got no(!) results.
I asked what the sentence was about because I wondered if it really was saying (as I would put it) "would do us [oh] so much good", or whether it meant something slightly different, like "would feel so good" or "would make us feel so good".
