    Is this the right abbreviation to use when a document was signed in the original but is being reproduced in a different form? Or was it /f/? Or is this totally outdated and replaced with some other indication?

    Sorry if it wasn't clear. It would look something like this at the end of a letter indicating that a signed original is on file somewhere:

    Yours sincerely,

    /t/
