Dem würde ich zustimmen. Die königliche Familie stellt die Spitze der Aristokratie dar, die ja insgesamt hierarchisch aufgebaut ist.

I think Selima pointed out the slight difference between the two: "cracy" - ruling class. To come from nonbility does not necessarfily mean to come from a ruling family, whereas the "cracy" in aristocracy denotes just that. These days, of course, that slight difference has completely disappeared in most societies.
