under a contract (GERMAN-AUSTRALIAN), below the line for the signatures, with the same space and the same line as for the signature

    what does it mean?

it's the job title, i think, the signer's position. (registrar, deputy ceo, etc...)

I already thought of a typo for Office Head, but then, the signature line is already there

No, kat seems to be right - "office held (by person who signed the agreement): director, etc."

It almost certainly means: *Posten* / Aufgabe / Jobtitel

if contained in a sentence it would read: "what office do you hold?"

i was unclear: the space should be filled out with the signer's position, i.e. the office he/she holds (--> held)
