Thanks, Sophil & Mattes. I still don't know why the first thread tanked. Oh well.
Obviously I can't judge what's a big deal for Kili -- I assume he knows that. I was just trying to be polite and not sound like I was insisting that he drop everything to work on this problem. (-:
Let me see if I can correct those links Sophil had trouble copying. Here's the first one, which I originally posted in a New Entry thread: related discussion:Newspaper op-eds.
It's not that it leads somewhere else, it's just that it doesn't say 'related discussion' any more.
And here's the second one, the one Sophil probably meant to copy instead of the thread in which he had posted it: related discussion:Newspaper op-eds.
Another example: In a thread today ( related discussion:Newspaper op-eds.
) I happened to post two archive links that didn't resolve properly, and one general link to the letter 'O' page of the archive that did:related discussionrelated discussion related discussion:o/op-ed.html
Just a guess, but could it be that none of the 'urlexp' links are resolving? But that would be all the archive links, and I feel like *some* of them work, though maybe that's just wishful remembering ... Puzzling. Maybe someone else will still have an idea.
