    "go slow to go fast"

    Kommentar
Does anyone know another version - in English - of this phrase, meaning that if you hurry you will end up being slower (as you make mistakes, etc)?

    - "Make haste slowly"

    - "Haste makes waste"

... fällt mir ganz spontan dazu ein.

How about "More haste, less speed"? (Not quite the same thing, I suppose.)

Just to further confuse matters, I've also seen it as "Hasten slowly".
