No. "prejudice" kann man nicht für körperliche Beeinträchtigungen verwenden, sondern nur für den abstrakten Bereich. "driving performance" wäre das was Autoakrobaten auf Shows vorführen.

"impair" is much better, "prejudice" has to do with opinion

perhaps also "driving skills," "reaction time," ...
