Hi all,

This weekend i pass the BEC Higher Test. Therefore, I wrote some kind of texts i.e. report, letter, proposal this week. I would be very gratefull if somebody proofread my business letter.
After reading please tell me if my vocabulary is adequate for a business report and where my biggest mistakes are.

RE: Product Exhibition

Dear Mr Müller

I am writing in connection with our order to organise an exhibition for our products.

Unfortunately, we are not satisfied with the organisation of the exhibition. As contracted on the service contract your consultancy has to give us information updates of the organisation on a regular basis. However, since the start of the project we have gotten no information about the status of the exhibition. Out of this reason, my assistant wrote several emails to your consultancy in the past weeks. None of them has been answered!

Moreover, we called the exhibition centre of Vaduz if they have already received a booking on 30 May 2010. The director of the exhibition centre told us that the centre has been booked for this date but not by our company. Therefore, we must organise an alternative location for your exhibition now.

Because of not giving information updates as well as the location, which has not been booked at the beginning of the project we have to replace our consultancy form the organisation. Because of the long-term business relation with our consultancy, the provided services will be paid. Please expect the payment within the next two weeks.

For avoiding further delay we expect an information update what have been organised so far next week on 26 April 2010.
