Therefore I am misusing this forum slightly but hope someone can help me. This contract was written in English in Cyprus. The context is the definition of specific terms in the Agreement.
Context: Owner - any purchase(s) of a separate property within the property, and any successor in title thereto, irrespective of the way in which such title is acquired, whose ownership, property, enjoyment or occupation, rights or duties or obligations, of or in regard of such separate property and also the areas, installations of joint property and/or common use, or service, appertaining thereto, is affected by any event or decision.
The first half seems comprehensible, then it starts falling apart. I know my translation (below) is faulty.
"Owner" (Eigentümer) – Erwerber eines Sondereigentums innerhalb der Anlage sowie dessen eventueller Rechtsnachfolger, ungeachtet der Art und Weise des Erwerbs eines solchen Rechtstitels, dessen Eigentumsrecht, Eigentumsobjekt, Nutzungsrecht, der Rechte und Pflichten an dem Objekt bzw. bezüglich des Eigentumsobjekts, einschließlich Gemeinschaftseigentums sowie Bereiche und Einrichtungen mit gemeinschaftlichem Nutzungsrecht oder dessen Einsatz durch irgendein Ereignis oder irgendeine Entscheidung beeinflusst wird. |
