I'd say, since most images of this sort are computer-generated these days

Edit: just read #1; a camera isn't involved anymore, unless it's at the very beginning, like the photo shoot for an ad, etc. I don't know who wrote that Wikipedia article, I just know that where I work (publishing), we don't call it "camera-ready" anymore.
