Well, Soll = debit and Haben = credit,
but I'm not sure if one would really say: debit to credit.

Soviel ich weiß, ist die dopppelte Buchführung in Nordamerike noch stark unterentwickelt. Möglicherweise gibt es deshalb keine englische Entsprechung zu per- an.
Ich habe nach "double entry bookkeeping" gegoogelt; da wird das Prinzip, daß jeder Sollbuchung eine Habenbuchung gegenübersteht, zwar häufig erklärt, aber einen feststehenden Begriff dafür habe ich nicht gefunden.
