But one question: can I really not put the adverb also at the beginning of the sentence, to loosen the text up a bit and make it more lively, like I can in German ? A similar reason was behind my first question, I had hoped that there is an equivalent for "dieser / diese", so that I do not ALWAYS have to use "the former / the latter", or the name. So it looks that there isn´t ?!
