I believe the correct term is:

"receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged"

with "d" at the end of acknowledge(d). I'm a little bit confused since the variant without "d" is from a native speaker not being able to answer my question at this time and since I found it in google more than two times (all mistakes?).
