I don't fully understand your context ... as a suggestion: Exercise Is The Cure-All

the context is that not only the nutrition is important, but exercise, too. If you integrate more body movement into your everyday life, it is good for your body weight. Exercise has some more benefits, hence I think that 'the cure-all' works better then leo's 'magic bullet'.

Cure-all oder panacea würde ich auf keinen Fall verwenden, vor allem nicht im Bereich Werbung, denn das kann einem im Zweifelsfall als Claim ausgelegt werden, als könne Bewegung alle Krankheiten heilen.
Diese einfache Juxaposition zweier Substantive als Titel (oder in dem Fall drei) kenne ich so nicht aus dem Englischen, klingt holprig.

Mehr Kontext wäre wirklich hilfreich.

Wie wäre es denn einfach mit "Excercise is the answer!"

I still feel "cure-all" does it, Lady Grey. At any rate, "magic bullet" sounds odd to me. I'm not sure how widespread that's used. Other suggestions:

The Wonders Of Exercise
