Ich habe bei #1 "aged well" schon vorgeschlagen gehabt.

In this case (ironically) "you've aged well" is a nice idea.
If you know the person's real age, you could also say, "You don't look a day over 25" (or whatever).

"ageing" is the normal BE spelling, as in #7.

The spelling doesn't trip me up, but rather the meaning.

I consider these different:
to age well
to age gracefully
