    Zur Nahrungsaufwertung 2 x täglich 1 gehäuften Eßlöffel (ca. 15 Gramm) an Saft, warmes oder kaltes Wasser, Milch, Joghurt, Müsli, oder Obst geben.
    Gut verrühren oder verquirlen.

    Innerhalb der ersten Woche langsam steigern.

    That's difficult, but I'll try and explain what it means. Maybe Marianne or gygis will come along and correct.

    Say you want to take a calcium supplement. To stay healthy, you take one a day.
    If you need to correct calcium deficiency or just want to boost your calcium intake for preventative reasons, you take two a day - that would be a "Kuranwendung".

    Maybe you can construct something with "boost(ing)"?

    Gosh. That's a lot of meaning packed into one word! I appreciate the explanation, though - I was a bit off course.

    Something like: "as part of a targeted (temporary?) regimen to boost/enhance intake"

    Ich habe das gleiche Problem... Es geht um eine Hautpflege-Ampulle:


    Sie kann einmal wöchentlich oder als Kur zur Intensivpflege verwendet werden.

    Das klingt mir alles zu sehr medizinisch..? Und ich weiß nicht, wie ich ausdrücken kann, dass die Kur nur "temporary" ist.

    Danke, laalaa. Habe leider keine genaue Zeitangabe, man kann die Kur mehr oder weniger so lange machen wie man will.

    Wegen regime <-> regimen:

    Kann man wirklich nicht "skincare regimen" sagen? Ich habe schon beides gesehen, aber häufiger mit "n" als ohne...

    Maybe a BE/AE difference? I'd (AE) also say "regimen." A "regime" would be a mostly authoritarian ruling group for me (and not to be confused with a "regiment"). :-)

    I guess it’s indeed a BE/AE difference.


    I think of “regimen” in the context of drug regimen (e.g. chemotherapy) and would have preferred “routine”. However, #5 was looking for an alternative to a daily routine.
