Wie heißt dieses Organ in diesem Zusammenhang auf Deutsch? Ich suche nur den Begriff "arbitration committee".

"Agreement on a European Works Council (EWC)

§2 Cooperation
The management of X and the EWC cooperate with the intent to understand their respective rights and duties. For any dispute resulting from the present agreement, an arbitration procedure (= Vermittlungsverfahren) should be started before going to a court of justice.
In such cases the management of the company and the board of the EWC shall inform each other about appealing to the arbitration committee. Within a period of two weeks after one of the parties has filed such an appeal the management has to invite the arbitration committee for a meeting. Each side appoints both and internal and external assessor (= Beisitzer) for the arbitration committee. The arbitration committee will be dissoled when an agreement about the discontent has been reached resp. if one of the parties decides that further mediation attempts will be useless."
