    You should let analysis stand alone only if you are certain that your intended readership will know, with certainty, what analysis refers to.

    analysis ist Singular, der Rest Deiner Aufzählung steht im Plural.
    Ist das beabsichtigt?

    Ich würde analysis (analyses) nicht alleine stehen lassen, sondern je nach Kontext etwas schreiben wie: data analysis, conducting analyses, analytical methods o.ä.

    Es muss heißen economic and political developments und I keep myself current on ist besser als maintaining.....
