Zum Deutschen:
"Stumpfes Trauma" (im Gegensatz zu einem "penetrierenden Trauma") ist jedenfalls ein gängiger Begriff, und ein Trauma ist eine Verletzung ...

Zum Englischen:
Wikipedia (en) spricht von blunt trauma, blunt injury, non-penetrating trauma und blunt force trauma (vs. penetrating trauma):
