    Sole

    [Tech.][Substantiv]
    Quellen
Context: "Kälteleistung (des Kaltwassersatzes) 250 kW für Solebetrieb"

"Sole" in this context does not mean "Salzwasserlösung" but a mixture of water and antifreezer.

I need the Englisch translation of "Sole" since I´m not sure if "brine", as indicated by Leo, (or any other translation indicated by Leo) is really correct in this context. And I have absolutely no idea how I could translate "Sole" in this context. Thank you for any answers!

Hier könnte man vielleicht coolant (solution) nehmen.

250kW für eine Aircondition? Nee, nicht wirklich.

In this context, it´s about an external cold water operated cooling unit connected to a system that filters cooling lubricants.

@Harri: Thank you for the suggestion. I don´t know if "coolant" would be a good translation since it sounds too general for me (English is not my mother tongue however and I´m far from being specialised in the technical area) - but maybe somebody who is specialised in the technical area knows what is meant when reading "coolant" in this context?

Does anybody else have a suggestion?
