Now that lalelu04 has been roundly scolded (don't take it too personally lalelu04 -- some folks around here do that quite a bit), I'll venture a bit more help -- even if this should be in the English section.

If "e.V." is part of the group's name, you shouldn't translate it (just as you don't translate "AG" or "GmbH" as part of a company's name.) The name remains the name in English as well because that is what it is registered as.

Depending on the rest of your text, and if there's a need to explain what an "e.V." is, you could do something like "...at the annual meeting of XXX e.V. (a German registered association)...
