"Keine wahnhaft psychotischen Symptome, keine Hinweise auf gegenwaertige Selbst-oder Fremdgefaehrdung. Keine Ich-Stoerung."

The best I came up with so far is this: "No delusional psychotic symptoms, no indication of intention to harm herself or others. No ego-destruction".
