exactly as above. With emphasis on the 'so'.

Although, it's worth noting that I am now of the age of embarrassing parent, and 'the youth today' might say something trendier than I did 20 years ago.

With emphasis and slightly drawn out - "soooo embarassing" - and of course combined with visible roll of teenager's eyes ...

embarrassing has two rs, in case thoseme needs it for written purposes :)

From what I hear and see around me, it's old-fashioned to find your parents embarrassing. These days teenagers seem to be much more at ease being seen with their parents.
