Aufhängung is suspension, so often means external fixation, but Osteosynthese is internal fixation.

Without more context but relevant to unstable pelvic fractures, therefore, my first thought was that it might mean combined internal and internal fixation.

On second thoughts, and a bit more research, I realise it probably refers to an internal fixation technique with suspension, such as triangular osteosynthesis or the INFIX device.

e.g.
