Re #14 - I don't think it has anything to do with putting out the lights/ending the show either. It was more of an end-of-show tagline. It did shock people, and I'm sure she loved to end on that.
Certainly it worked as a kind of advertisement (I'm worth taking on a date because...), as in #15.
She deliberately chose that men used about women, one associated with the notion that sex was something women gave to men, that the default feminine behavior was to hold back, not to "give it up", "bestow her favors".
In structure it reminds me of the way political candidates sometimes open or close speeches, like
"My name is John Kennedy and I'm running for president."
No idea if that was a deliberate echo though.
Edit: It was explicit though. Everyone who heard knew she meant sex. Schandtaten sounds too mild to me.
