It would be the Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) Committee in the US ( https://www.ashp.org/-/media/assets/policy-gu... ) and the Formulary Committee in the UK ( https://www.guysandstthomas.nhs.uk/about-us/p... )

So unless the pharmacist in the OP is a member of the federal body, it would be better to use either P&T or formulary committee for a regional or local hospital, depending on whether intended for an AE or BE readership.

auf ihren englischsprachigen Seiten, auch wenn dies missverständlich sein mag.

That example being yet another direct translation from the German, it's perfectly understandable but not necessarily optimal and not the best in the context of the OP, which needs to be rendered as it would be by an NES in a US or UK hospital. It's like the Ethikkommission in clinical trials being called the "ethics commission", when "ethics committee" is usually more appropriate.
