Multicards is the name used in India where they still appear as gifts in packets of crisps, locally the children call them 'changer' cards. I assume this was the name used previously in the UK too. They are not the same as 3-D or hologram cards/badges, these contain a hologram showng a single but 3-D picture, especially strong when illuminated with a spotlight.

multicards/ changer cards are unknown to me. 3D stickers and 3D cards used to come as free gifts in breakfast cereal boxes. Although nowadays we know that they are not true 3D or holograms, in those days we didn' t and we found them fascinating. Coco-pops gave away a free 3D rule, it was very exciting and I still have it......
