"Typen des neuen alten Antisemitismus"

The idea of my author is that neo-anti-Semitism, though it has a variety of superficial differences (basically its anti-Zionism) it is just the same as old anti-Semitism (which is not further differentiated).

Does anyone have an any snappy suggestions as to how I can convey the idea of neo-paleo-anti-Semitism?

I quite my own pseudo-Greek version, but feel it is oo flippan for the subject matter. I have tried a few workarounds (the expression comes up again and again).
