Mindestens zwei der anderen Begriffe sind in LEO!

Lippenaufspritzung = lip injection/lip augmentation/lip enhancement
Nasenkorrektur: LEO gives "nose job" but that's a bit slangy! = cosmetic nose surgery / rhinoplasty
Ohrenanlegung = cosmetic ear surgery / otoplasty

Sorry, hab es echt nicht gefunden, obwohl ich vorher echt gesucht hab.

Allerdings fehlt mir noch der Begriff "Straffung", nicht unbedingt für Gesicht, sondern eher allgemein, für Beine oder Po.

I must have been a bit tired last night.
"straffung" implies firming and tightening of body parts which is rendered in English as "lift" or "lifting".
Taking the face as an example: it does not necessarily have to be a surgical procedure, as in "face lift cream" or "face lift exercises".
The operation is called a "face lift" and the terms "face lift surgery" / "cosmetic surgery of the face" and "face lifting" can be found.
IMHO the hyphen found in LEO is a matter of personal choice, and the word is also written "facelift" (AE?).
The technical term for a face lift is "rhytidectomy" and there is a multitude of "-plasty" and "-pexy" operations depending on which part of the face or body is concerned.
Hope this makes things a bit clearer.
