not a version I'd understand in AE - I'd prefer "dates for the make-up exams"

... would there be no "common" term that would be understood all over the English speaking world...?
Also, what about "Nachholklausur" then? Re-sit exam or make-up exam?

You might just have a problem there, because if you called them 'make-up exams' in GB, people would think you were a beauty therapist :-)

Nachholtermin, Nachholsemester, Nachholklausur usw.

Es scheint, als habe der englischsprachige Kulturraum hier eine Vorstellungslücke.
Etwas, was ausfällt, muss für deutsche Ohren (Vorstellungen) nachgeholt werden, sonst hätte es ja von vorneherein erst gar nicht anberaumt werden müssen (anything that is cancelled must be retaken etc.)
Vielleicht könnten die englischen Muttersprachler überlegen, was alles 'ausfallen' kann und mit welchen Begriffen es dann 'nachgeholt' wird.
