On the German Einkommensteuererklärung -

"Nur bei zeitweiser unbeschränkter Steuerpflicht im Kalenderjahr 2004:
Im Inland ansässig vom ________ bis ________"

I am trying to do my taxes (moved to Germany during 2004), and I am confused.
(need an explanation more than a translation)

(only in the case of temporarily unrestricted tax liability??)
