Kommentar | Okay ich habe jetzt mal den Brief abgeschrieben und ich verstehe ihn eigentlich wirklich nur in Bruchstücken. Der Kollege sagt, er hat nie irgendetwas mit AOL Time Warner zu tun gehabt, und warum soll er sich jetzt für irgendeinen 'claim' rechtfertigen? Was will das Gericht von ihm? |
