I knwo nothing about printing, but assume this is something to do with digital printing plates. Am I right? What does 'freigeben' mean here?

freigeben here means approve and release for printing, ie if you have checked that there are no errors on the printing plates, you can submit them for printing. hope this helps..

freigeben here means approve. As for Druckformen, I would suggest it just means any form of printed work. So the client can correct / approve printed work 24/7 (I guess we're talking about some form of proofs here, prior to publication ... for which approval is needed).

With Delano, the customer can correct or approve imposed flats 24 hours a day.

"Druckform" usually means all the material that will appear on the plate (or, sometimes, the plate itself). The closest equivalent English printer's term is probably "flat" or "imposed flat". (Agfa uses the term "imposed flats" in its description of Delano--see URL above.)
