Company headquarters ist korrekt, "head office" ist meiner Meinung nach eher eine Institution innerhalb einer Firma

Headquarters ist institutionsbezogen (militärisch, polizeilich, Zentralämter usw.)
Head office ist die korrekte Übersetzung für eine Firmenzentrale.

I believe 'Headquarters' is used in the US, also for companies, whereas in the UK, apparently, 'Head office' is used for companies and 'Headquarters' for the military and perhaps other similar institutions. All-knowing Wikipedia backs this up (until somebody edits it, of course...).
