I would keep the German "Kaiserlich Königlich" in italic type and put (imperial and regal) in brackets

    Suggestionappointed by the Austro-Hungarian court

For one thing, it's spelled k.u.k., at least in German, never with an &ampersand& (des derfen's goa net, hätt der Kaiser gesagt).

And then, it means kaiserlich und königlich, which of course is Imperial and Royal and referred to the Emperor of Austria who at the same time was the King of Hungary.

The und was in fact quite important, as the Wikipedia article points out quite cleverly: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K.u.k.

The Habsburg court vanished long ago, but some of the Hoflieferanten (court suppliers) still proffer their wares in the city's famous "golden triangle": Kärntnerstrasse, Graben, and Kohlmarkt, flaunting their imperial pedigree with signs that announce they are "K & K" -- Kaiserlich und Königlich, "By appointment to the Imperial and Royal Household." Some of these emporia still maintain their name, together with an old-fashioned grace and slightly fawning touch.

'confectionery' is the confectioner's shop, 'confectionary' is what the confectioner makes. (Shorter Oxford English Dictionary)

    Viel Erfolg.

On their website http://www.zauner.at/rtc-zauner/115/?sL=EN, Zauner call themselves Imperial and Royal Purveyor to the Court but I'm not so sure about this ...

At a second glance, they might welcome native speakers' offers to revamp their site, which starts like this:

"Im am glad to introduce our pastry shop to you and thus to utilize one of the most modern communication systems to meet up with current and presumptive customers and partners in business worldwide."

And they even found a new candidate for that old LEO strawman, Impressum: Imprint
