Its a brand new hotel-concept for guests with great sportive needs...

    NOT "sportive". Sportive means "playful".

    'Sporting requirements' is idiomatic English.

I was in doubt about "sportive". Sounds similiar to "fair" - is that right ?

Many natives would consider 'sportive' to be incorrect in this context.
Chambers/Harrap gives playful as the meaning of sportive
MW and American Heritage give frolicsome, playful; 'sportive' relating to sports is given as a secondary meaning.

    Lack of confidence I`m afraid.
After checking "sportive" I thought that sporting had been superceeded by sportive (or was the latest supercession to my archaic English)

So in the end we will be fine by mixing up #1 and #2 ?!

... will meet all your sporting needs and demands
