wir sagen accompany of production, da wir schon den Fall hatten, daß Kunden assistance auch wortwörtlich so aufgefasst haben und meinten, unsere Mitarbeiter produzieren richtig - dabei soll es ja nur eine Begleitung sein, damit der Kunde lernen kann...

I hope your company is not still using this phrase as it is wrong. "Accompany" is a verb not a noun. The correct noun is "accompaniment" but "accompaniment of production" sounds like a translation.
