Seitenbeschreibungssprache is definitely wrong, Seitenbeschreibungssprachen are PorstScript or PDF (or maybe xsl:fo).

Auszeichnungssprache-which leo has as the translation for markup language-ist the correct term, though for some reason "Markup-Sprache" seems to be more widely used.

But the compound word Vektorgrafikauszeichnungssprache does not seems to be much in use. (I don't have time for googeling all the different possible spellings)
"Auszeichnungssprache für Vektorgrafiken" still only gets 4 hits (all refering to SVG), Markup-Sprache für Vektorgraphiken has the most hits AFAIKT.

Do avoid "vektor-orientierte Grafikbeschreibungssprachen"
First, its not the language that is vector-oriented but the graphic.
Second, the graphic is described using vectors, and you call them Vektorgra(ph/f)iken in German, not "Vektororientierte Graphiken."

I'm merging both propositions:

"Auszeichnungssprachen für Vektorgraphiken"

and yes, i have contracted neoorthographogermanophobia :]
