Koffeinähnliche Wirkstoffe im Kaffee und Tee, wie Theophyllin und Theobromin, verstärken die Wirkung des Koffeins noch zusätzlich. Theobromin ist bspw. auch im Kakao enthalten und entfaltet ebenfalls aufputschende Wirkungen. Allerdings wirken Ätherische Öle im Grünen Tee wiederum beruhigend.

* Selbst Kakao enthält mit ungefähr 6 mg pro Tasse ein wenig Koffein, aber hauptsächlich Theobromin.
* In der Schokolade findet sich Koffein (Vollmilchschokolade ca. 15 mg /100 g, Halbbitterschokolade ca. 90 mg/100 g) neben Theobromin und anderen anregenden Substanzen.

Irgendwie hab ich das Gefühl, daß leah eigentlich hören wollte, daß in Kakao Kokain = cocaine = coke enthalten sei ( ? ). . .

Daddy! Actually I was just wondering if there was a special word for the caffeine of cocoa. I just learned the word 'Teein' 2 weeks ago and found it strange. LOVED your answer, though. It really made me LOL... and begin to wonder. -Ami in Chemnitz
