@ bama and robert wilde: you don't have to translate what is not there, but simply the "für sich selbst" as indicated in the headline, which is still missing in your suggestion, but thanks anyway. The whole sentence is much too long...

another try with abbreviated sentence:
Die Vermieterin nimmt die vom Management erlassenene Hausordnung "für sich selbst" und ihre Mitarbeiter zur Kenntnis.

So, I'm simply not sure how to translate this "für sich selbst" thing. It's obviously a law text, so the above suggestions sound slightly informal to me, or am I wrong? Should be something like:
The lessor acknowledges the house rules issued by management "für sich selbst" and her employees.
Can anybody help?

"on its own behalf as well as on behalf of its employees" should work.

But, DJane, it's always better to have a full sentence and/or some context (preferably both) for a proper translation ;-)

"für sich selbst" ist so ein schlechtes Deutsch und völlig überflüssig, das würde niemand so sagen, also vergiß es

@meise: hast gewiß recht, aber wie das mit Rechtstexten so ist, da könnte man einiges aufs Wesentliche reduzieren, nur ob das dem Auftraggeber dann passt.... Diese Floskel wie auch andere völlig überflüssige kommen im Text häufig vor, deshalb übersetze ich sie sicherheitshalber lieber, auch wenn's für meine Ohren grausam klingt. Aber da scheiden sich bestimmt die Geister....

Sie und Ihre Mitarbeiter müssen die Hausordnung akzeptieren (Rückübersetzung des Textes von meise) sagt aber was anderes aus als der Originaltext. Schon aus diesem Grunde würde ich dem Vorschlag nicht folgen ;-)
