Within a sentence, as in the original example, I would use 'you're done' in English, not just 'done' alone. Or something similar to #2.

'Hey presto' exists, but I personally wouldn't use it in this context. First, because it's rather dated and not that common, second, because it evokes magic, and third, because you could say 'and' or 'hey' but not very well 'and hey.'
