For personal reasons I will be out of the office and will not be able to deliver some documents until Monday. This is unlikely to be a problem, but I do want to make sure my unavoidable absence is not an issue, for I will otherwise have to come up with another child care solution.

I would like to write this or something similar very politely in a business email, but am not sure what the best solution would be in German. I want to invite the customer to repsond if my absence is an issue, and use Umstände rather than Probleme or Schwierigkeiten if possible. What do I say?
