It's on a menu. You have pigs' cheeks im Lardomantel with imperial caviar. Sounds tasty but what is Lardomantel? Danke im voraus!

Ist lardo nicht fetter Speck? Dann wären die Schweinebäckchen also mit Scheiben fetten Specks umwickelt...

I am still thinking about this one - one idea is that it is like a suet dumpling - the recipe is from Sweden and the Swedes apparently like dumplings. The other thing I am thinking of is from a picture on Google image - there seems to be a tube of meat with a layer of white fatty stuff around it - presumably that is the Lardomantel
